Sample expectation sum_j F_j T_j R_i(E_j).

open_beam_window_loss: f64

Expected open-beam counts falling outside the supplied acquisition window: sum_j F_j (1 - sum_i R_i(E_j)).

The quantified acquisition-window loss required by the pipeline-map contract (R5·7): window loss is disclosed here, never renormalized back into the window.

sample_window_loss: f64

Expected sample counts falling outside the supplied acquisition window: sum_j F_j T_j (1 - sum_i R_i(E_j)).
